Buyer Side

Document Organization and Management

  •  Receive and organize all documents related to the transaction.
  • Submit all paperwork to Compliance, via Command
  • Track EMD and ensure buyer title has purchase agreement 

Transaction Tracking

  •  Monitor key dates and deadlines outlined in the purchase agreement.
  •  Provide regular updates to all parties involved in the transaction.

Communication Management

  •  Serve as a central point of contact for communication between all parties, including buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
  •  Facilitate prompt responses to inquiries and requests for information.

Addendum Processing

  •  Prepare and process up to four addendums to the purchase agreement.
  •  Additional addendum processing available at $10 per addendum.

Listing Agreement Management

  •  Assist in the preparation and execution of the listing agreement.
  •  Submit listing to Compliance via Command 
  •  Order Title work, gather requirements for title 

Document Coordination

  •  Organize and maintain all relevant documents related to the listing and sale of the property.
  •  Provide secure digital storage for easy access and retrieval.

Transaction Oversight

  •  Monitor key dates and deadlines outlined in the purchase agreement.
  •  Monitor the progress of the transaction from listing to closing.
  •  Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during the process.

Addendum Processing

  •  Prepare & Process up to four addendums to the listing agreement as needed.
  •  Additional addendum processing available at $10 per addendum

General Services (Both Buyer and Seller)

Closing Coordination

  •  Liaise with the title company and other involved parties to ensure a smooth closing process.
  •  Coordinate the exchange of necessary documents and funds.

Deadline Management

  •  Track and manage critical deadlines throughout the transaction process.
  •  Provide reminders to ensure timely completion of required tasks.

Compliance Review

  •  Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
  •  Flag any potential issues or discrepancies for resolution.
  •  Preparation of Green Sheet 

Post-Closing Support

  •  Assist with any post-closing tasks regarding closing documentation and any other outstanding items.
